Head of Marketing Creatives (f/m/d)

As the main driver for our marketing creatives, you will be responsible for building the team and optimizing the process to continuously produce a high output of top-performing video ads and playable ads.

Sunday is a young and successful startup that develops, publishes, and markets hyper-casual mobile games. Our international team of around 30 developers, artists, game designers, marketers, and publishing managers reaches an audience of millions of players every day. Our goal is to become one of the leading mobile game companies worldwide within the next years.

What you will do:
  • You will create, develop and own Sunday’s marketing creatives strategy
  • You will have an entrepreneurial impact by constantly coming up with new ideas for creatives and how to quickly produce them
  • You will build and lead a team of several talented marketing artists and developers from different nations in line with our company values
  • You will grow the output of the creatives team, measured in quantity and performance of the creatives
  • You will use in-house and 3rd party tools, statistics and products to automate and improve our creatives pipeline
  • You will work closely with the UA and product teams to influence the best decisions about marketing campaigns and new games
  • Who you are:
  • You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment
  • You have at least 3 years of operational experience in creatives production and performance marketing in a gaming company 
  • You are KPI-driven and have outstanding analytical skills
  • You have a lot of experience in conversion optimisation and know the basics of behavioral psychology
  • You love to communicate with people, make quick decisions and don‘t hesitate to change them if needed
  • You feel comfortable pushing and discussing new ideas every day
  • You are open-minded to learn new skills and push yourself outside your comfort zone regularly
  • You are fluent in English
